IT Management - MIS ป.โท ของ มหิดล ภาคภาษาไทย (พิเศษ) แทน
คำนวณจาก อายุตัวเอง วัย ประสบการณ์ ความต่อเนื่องทางความรู้ และ ข้อจำกัดอื่นๆ เช่น ความสามารถทางด้านเทคนิค ที่คิดว่าตัวเองใช้เวลานานเกินกว่าจะเรียนรู้อะไรสักอย่าง เลยคิดว่า IT Management ใช้ สกิลด้าน เทคนิคน้อยกว่า ใช้ความรู้ความเข้าใจมากกว่า และ การทำงานอาจเป็นการจัดการด้าน POLICY
คิดว่า วัยที่เข้าใกล้ 40 แล้วคงเรียนรู้ไม่เร็ว หรือ เจาะลึกอะไรที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไวๆไม่ไหวแล้ว ให้เด็กๆ เขาเป็นผู้ดำเนินการไปแทนจพดีกว่า เลยมาดูว่า MIS ป.โท สายงานนั้น จะมีอะไรบ้าง จากการ ค้นหาใน Job-DB เลยเจอประกาศงานอันนึงของกรุงศรีฯ ดังนี้

Responsibilities
Technology Architecture team is responsible to define, maintain, recommend, improve various technology components used by the Bank
Technology Architecture team span is very large as technology is fast evolving and the bank needs to keep up-to-date to meet every increasing competition, compliance, efficient, and security
Initiatives, projects, ideas, fixes are identified in an iterative manner by TA team itself in collaboration with its peers: every 3 years at strategic level, every year at planning level, adhoc during the year based on immediate needs
TA team supports and guides on-prems server-side teams (server, storage, network, DevSecOps, automation, mainframe), end-user support team (desktop, branch, ATM), IT security, etc.
Be part of a small team of technology architects
Collaborate with various IT and Digital teams to understand their pain points and objectives, propose options to solve their key problems, collaborate in defining the target solution and writing or reviewing the RFQ (Request For Quotation)
Work in collaboration with the bank EA team
Keep one’s knowledge updated on latest technology trends, identify the ones that could benefit Krungsri, suggest management team relevant high-level ideas, and based on feedback, further elaborate business case down to project definition
Involve third party experts to receive knowledge, product updates, trends and later engage via RFP for projects
Occasionally work closely with local or regional subsidiaries to participate, review, advise and possibly endorse technical architectural decision by promoting Krungsri bank global standards, governance, and policies
Knowledge
EA framework such as TOGAF
Understand ITIL well
Large span of knowledge at a fair level: network, server and virtualizaton, backup, DevOps, monitoring, AIOps, IaC, automation, end-user device, various security aspects, integration, SAM, etc.
Understands system architecture and software architecture
Understand cloud concepts (i.e. AWS, GCP) and cloud-native application architecture
Curious about IT and related matters, fast learner
Good communicator and negotiator
Multi-Task Handling
Strong systematical, analytical, creative, and critical thinking
Good written and spoken English
